Problems to Solve is a framework for finding new ways to help your customers reach their goals. As I’ve previously written, the framework promotes a way of thinking that is problems-led and not solutions-led.
Too often, teams just jump straight in and start building solutions, without any consideration for whether there is an actual need or desire for the thing they’re building.
But by understanding their target audience, teams can dramatically improve their chances of ‘building the right thing’.
To help promote this way of thinking, I’ve published a zine on Problems to Solve that you can download for free.
